The information on this site — including pricing and availability — is general and current at the time of writing. It's not a binding quote. Every project is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Sessions and projects are confirmed by email. Prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise, and we invoice per the terms agreed when you book. Bulk and series pricing is agreed in writing. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
Once your invoice is paid, you own the final deliverables we produce for you. You also get access to your raw files. We may feature completed work in our portfolio and on our channels — if you'd rather we didn't, just tell us and we won't.
We take care with every project, but to the extent permitted by law our liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
If we update these terms, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
