When you use the enquiry form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, your email address and your message. If you email us directly, we hold that correspondence too. Our hosting provider also keeps standard, short-lived technical logs (things like IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
We don't run advertising trackers on this site, and we don't use tracking cookies.
To reply to you, and — if we end up working together — to plan and deliver your project. That's it. We don't sell your information and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox (Google Workspace). Along the way they pass through our website host (Vercel) and our email delivery provider (Resend), which keeps a copy of sent enquiry emails in its logs. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a standard font request from your browser when the page loads.
As long as the correspondence or project is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll remove it from our systems.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@purposeproductions.co and we'll sort it out.
